I’m Oussama ZEBDA, but in most circles, I go by Mr. OZ, a shortcut that reflects my mindset: simplify the complex, bring clarity to chaos, and make things work.
I operate at the intersection of technology, European digital regulation, and business strategy. Whether it’s aligning an IT project with compliance, scaling a cloud infrastructure securely, or making sense of the latest EU digital laws, I’m here to connect the dots and make it actionable.
With a software engineering background, a Master’s in Information Systems from Paris Dauphine, and an Executive MBA from Sorbonne, I bring a 360° perspective to every challenge. My approach? Clear communication, structured execution, and always a strategic lens.
I've supported major companies across Europe and beyond, helping them deliver impactful projects, comply with key regulations (GDPR, AI Act, DSA, DMA, Data Act…), and embrace meaningful digital transformation. When I’m not working with IT systems or regulatory frameworks, I find clarity and energy through sport. I’ve always believed that how we move through the world physically mirrors how we lead, think, and grow.
Fencing taught me strategy, precision, and timing.
Horse riding gave me balance, trust, and freedom.
